  • Guest：Great location, close to the Old Town and other attractions. Plenty shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay with a firm bed, but bath towels have done their time. Only drawback is no kettle, tea or coffee provided, you could pay and get one from the reception desk.

  • Guest：The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel has no lift, and my room was located in the annex building, which looks like an old historical house with several floors. I had to carry my heavy luggage up to the second floor, which was quite challenging. The sound insulation was also very poor — I could hear people talking in the next room and every footstep from the guests on the floor above. Also, not all staff members speak English, which can make communication a bit difficult. Overall, a mixed experience.
